Buñuelos or fritters are a classic in Spain. Its origin dates back to the Moorish period from 711 to 1614. Different recipes can be found across the country. However, pumpkin fritters are typical in the region of Valencia. These delicacies are made in a Valencian holiday called Fallas. You can eat them with hot chocolate, coffee or alone.
